Real Life Experience:

In a paragraph of 150 words write about an instance when somebody did not listen to you and its consequence or when you did not listen well and its consequence.

Once, I worked on a school group project, and we needed to choose a main topic. I suggested an idea that I thought would be great and easy to research. However, one of my teammates did not listen to me. He interrupted me and pushed his own idea instead. Without considering my suggestion, the group decided to go with his idea.

As we started working on the project, we faced many problems. His idea was too broad, and we had trouble finding enough information. We spent a lot of time searching and still couldn't get the details we needed. This made everyone stressed and worried about meeting the deadline.

If my teammate had listened to my idea, we could have chosen a more focused topic. This would have made our research easier and saved us a lot of time and effort. Because he didn't listen, we struggled and our project suffered. The experience taught me how important it is to listen to everyone in a group. When we don't listen, we can make poor decisions and face unnecessary challenges. This taught us that good listening is key to successful teamwork.
